About the Role
We are looking for a warm, organised receptionist to run front of house at our Liverpool city-centre location. You will be the first point of contact for clients — answering the phone, managing the booking diary, greeting arrivals and keeping the reception area calm and welcoming.
No previous industry experience is needed. What matters is discretion, reliability and a friendly manner. Full training and ongoing support are provided, and you will always work alongside other staff.
What You'll Be Doing
- Answer calls and respond to booking enquiries
- Manage the daily appointment diary
- Greet clients and keep reception welcoming
- Handle payments and keep accurate records
- Support the wider team with day-to-day admin
