About the Role
We are recruiting a booking coordinator to manage enquiries and scheduling for our Nottingham office. You will handle incoming calls and messages, confirm bookings, keep the diary accurate and support the team with general administration.
This is an office-based, entirely non-client-facing role. Training is provided and you will be supported by an experienced team from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle incoming calls, texts and email enquiries
- Confirm and schedule bookings accurately
- Keep records and the diary up to date
- Liaise between clients and team members
- General office administration
